Privacy settings explained

Profile and records
You can update details on the relevant app screens and avoid entering records you do not need. The profile and supported records sync to your Firebase account. For access, correction or deletion beyond existing controls, contact Bloom.
Notification permission
Manage notifications in Bloom settings and the operating system’s notification permissions. Also check whether notification content is visible on the lock screen. Disabling notifications does not delete an existing updates feed or account data.
Consent for Nadia conversations
Bloom asks for your consent before a conversation is sent to OpenAI, with Not now, a policy link and Agree and continue. Withdraw through Settings, Nadia AI consent, Withdraw consent. The choice and its version are stored on the device and in the Firebase account to enforce it. If a message says withdrawal did not sync to the server, do not assume it has already applied on another device. Reconnect and contact support if withdrawal cannot be completed. Withdrawal cannot recall data already sent and does not prevent use of the rest of Bloom.
After consent, messages and pregnancy week are sent as detailed in the policy. Opening Nadia also performs availability and entitlement checks with Bloom. This page only explains the controls; withdrawal happens in the app, not by clicking on this website.
Separate choices
Notification permission, cookie consent, terms of use and consent to AI data transmission are different matters. Changing a browser preference does not change app settings.
