Delete your account and data
A signed-in user can permanently delete a Bloom account directly inside the app. A separate email route is available only when the app or account cannot be accessed.

Important if you have an active subscription
Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your store subscription. To stop future charges, manage renewal separately in the store where you subscribed. You can delete your account while a subscription is active; cancellation is not a condition for deletion.
Delete inside the app
After deletion completes, Bloom shows a clear confirmation, deletes the account and associated data, clears local information and signs out the device session. If a step is incomplete, the app says so and provides a retry; it does not show success before completion.
- Open Bloom and the Settings tab.
- Find Delete account in the privacy area and read the confirmation. Account deletion information is a separate help link, not the deletion action.
- Confirm Delete permanently. Verification stays entirely inside Bloom: an Apple-linked account shows Apple confirmation, a Google-linked account opens Google’s account chooser, and an email account asks for its existing password. You do not need to create another account or password, sign out and back in, send an email, or contact support.
Alternative when you cannot access the app
Can’t access the app?
This is an optional route only if you cannot sign in to Bloom or use the app. A signed-in user deletes directly in Bloom Settings; no email is required.
- Open the email draft using the button below, or write to the address shown.
- Ask to delete your Bloom account and associated data. Include your account email and sign-in method, if known.
- Send the message from your email app. If possible, use the address associated with your Bloom account.
The button opens a draft. You must press Send in your email app. This page does not send a request or delete your account by itself.

care@bloomfit.storeSubject: Bloom account and data deletion request
Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment details or medical information. If you used Apple Hide My Email or lost access to your account address, tell us so we can arrange an alternative ownership check.
What the request covers
The request covers the Bloom account, profile and pregnancy data, synced records, Nadia consent and reports, and account-linked usage, benefits and order-lookup data. The automatic route also requests deletion of the RevenueCat subscriber record. This does not cancel the Apple or Google subscription transaction. The deletion-operation record is described separately below.
Local data is subject to device cleanup. Copies on other devices, backups, logs and information already transmitted to providers may require separate handling. If you also have store orders, say that your request covers store information too; a full receipt is not needed initially.
Food-check data
If you used food photo checks, Bloom account deletion also covers food-check consent, limited result records and usage counters linked to the account. Bloom does not hold a cloud image file to delete. Data already sent to the processor, logs and backups are also subject to its policies and separate handling where required.
Deletion-operation record
Bloom keeps a separate Firebase operational record linked to the account identifier, with deletion status and request/completion times. It blocks access during deletion and supports retry after failure; it contains no profile, transcript or payment details. The record is assigned an expiry date 30 days after deletion completes and is included in expired-record cleanup. While a request is pending, the record is retained to complete processing. A pending status does not confirm that data has been erased; contact us to check its status.
Information that may be retained and completion
Commerce or payment records may be retained for a documented legal or accounting obligation, or a permitted dispute-handling need. This retention is limited to the information and period needed for that obligation or purpose. You can request details of the information retained, the reason and the retention period applicable to your case. Provider logs and backups are also subject to provider policies.
Sending an email is not confirmation that your account was deleted. If you have no handling confirmation or encounter an error, contact the address again and ask for a status check. A technical deletion failure is not a permitted retention exception.
Ownership verification and important distinctions
For an initial request, provide your account email if known, sign-in method and a brief description. Do not send passwords, verification codes, identity documents, card details or medical information. If ownership verification is needed, we will request only information proportionate to the request.
If you used Apple Hide My Email, the account address may be an Apple relay address. If you cannot access it, mention this so an alternative verification route can be considered. Never send your Apple or Google password.
Signing out ends account use on a device; it is not a cloud-deletion request. Uninstalling does not necessarily delete the account. Cancelling renewal addresses billing, not profile deletion. Account deletion is intended to be permanent; do not rely on restoring records afterwards.
Press Send in your email service to submit it. This website does not send or confirm receipt of the request.
